Q: Can I control what the phone line sounds like?

A: Yes!  We offer a prompt changer that allows you to re-voice the audio used throughout the phone system, with two exceptions:  the MyVox welcome and “please enter your code” prompts (because we need the code before we know it’s your application’s line that’s being called), and the ads.
