Q: What is it you guys offer?

A: MyVox offers the ability to voice-enable any application, from widgets to downloaded executables, to just about anything else in between.  What’s more, we capture voice through the phone, not the mike, which is a hugely better experience for a variety of reasons.  And we do this for free.  In fact, you can make money from using our service – even build a business around it.

All MyVox services are accessed through our API, or one of the toolkits we’ve wrapped around it.  The API, which is built to be easy to integrate with just about any sort of application, lets you create phone sessions where your users can call and record their voices, check on their progress, download the recordings (or store them on our servers), and more.

You can customize what callers hear when they call to leave messages, too.  So if your app is called the “Mixalizer”, callers to the Mixalizer phone system can hear things like “Welcome to the Mixalizer!”, or “If you want to hear your Mixalizer recording, press 1”.  The phone system is a brandable experience.

Voice-enabling is just the beginning, and we have many more phone-related services rolling out in the near future.
